Email hello@pushforcoffee.com. Include your phone model and what happened.
Check that notifications are allowed for PushForCoffee in your phone's settings, and that your own toggle inside the app is on. On iPhone, also check that a Focus mode isn't filtering the app. If a round is already running when you turn notifications on, you'll only be included from the next one.
Rounds can only start between 8am and 6pm in your team's timezone. There's also a limit of three rounds per team per hour. A round sent to three people or fewer isn't counted against that limit.
Enter your recovery code on the new device. Your name, order, teams, and tally come back. Without it there's no way to recover the old identity, because there's no account behind it.
You'll need to join your teams again with the join code and set your order up again. Ask whoever set the team up to re-share the code.
Codes expire after 90 days and can be rotated at any time by whoever created the team. Ask them for the current one. If the team has approval switched on, you'll be waiting for them to let you in.
If they chose to walk along and order their own, they appear on the walking list rather than the order list. That's intentional.
Leave the team, or delete the app, or email privacy@pushforcoffee.com. Details in the privacy policy.
